Depending on the channel this may include page or phone scoped user IDs, first and last name, profile image, locale, and message content exchanged through your connected pages and numbers.

Data we process
For messaging contacts, ChatMize processes page or channel scoped IDs, first and last name, profile image, and locale provided by the Meta Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp APIs, and phone numbers for SMS and WhatsApp messaging. This data is collected through those platform APIs when you connect a channel, and is stored encrypted in our Google Cloud database. It is used to identify the correct recipient, personalize messages, and operate your automations. We do not share messaging contact data with third parties beyond the processors listed above.
Your rights
- Access and portability. You can export your workspace and subscriber data from within the Service, and request a copy from us.
- Rectification. Contact data synced from Meta platforms reflects the subscriber’s platform profile; subscribers should update it there. You can re sync contact data from within the Service.
- Erasure. Delete a contact from your workspace to remove their personal data, or email us for account level deletion.
- Restriction. You can unsubscribe or block a contact to stop further processing and messaging.
Breach notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay with a description of the breach, its likely consequences, and the measures we are taking.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
