Which plan should I start with?
Choose Starter for DIY automation and connected conversations. Pro adds tools for capturing and converting leads, including contests, surveys, scheduling, and broadcasts. Elite adds your knowledge base, support ticketing, custom tool domains, and an AI support resolution allowance.
Do I need a base plan to buy add-ons?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a base plan. Add AI subscriptions, one-time credit packs, or available tools to that workspace when you need them. An add-on does not replace your base plan.
Are AI credits included in my base plan?
No. AI is an add-on on every plan, Starter included. Credits are bought separately, as a monthly AI plan or one-time packs. Elite’s 100 monthly AI support resolutions are a separate allowance, not credits.
AI subscription or one-time credits — which fits me?
A subscription is for ongoing use and costs less than buying the same 1,000 credits as a one-time pack. Choose a one-time pack for occasional work or extra capacity. Packs do not expire and are used after subscription credits. With a subscription, 25% of unused credits roll over each month.
What changes when my subscriber count grows?
Your price follows your active subscriber tier while your plan’s features stay the same. Subscriber billing adjusts up or down with notice. Use the slider to compare all three plans at the same audience size. For more than 25,000 active subscribers, ask about a larger setup.
Is the price per business, per person, or per workspace?
Prices and allowances are per workspace. Each workspace has its own plan, subscriber tier, seats, and AI credits. Starter includes 2 seats, Pro includes 3, and Elite includes 5. Additional seats cost $5 each per workspace per month.
Can I use a tool for just one campaign?
Yes — keep your base plan and inquire about 30-day access to a tool such as contests, surveys, or scheduling. Monthly access is another option. Before buying an add-on, check your plan: those three tools are already included with Pro and Elite. Standalone tool rates are quoted separately.
How does annual billing work?
Annual base plans cost 20% less than monthly billing. Each card shows the monthly equivalent and the total charged once a year. AI subscriptions and other add-ons have their own rates and billing terms, shown separately.
Are messaging delivery costs included?
SMS, WhatsApp/Meta, and email delivery charges are paid directly to your messaging or email provider, with no ChatMize markup. Those provider charges are separate from your workspace plan and AI purchases.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
- New customers: cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. This covers monthly and annual base plans.
- Annual plans: cancel within 30 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. Renewals are not covered.
- AI credits: used credits are not refunded. Unused credits from a pack or AI plan purchased in your first 30 days are refunded.
- Tool add-ons: refunded on the same basis as base plans.
- Delivery costs: SMS, WhatsApp, and email charges are paid to your own providers and are outside this guarantee.
